Manufacturing facilities for innovative drilling equipment, in particular drill feed bottom-hole device.

Drilling facility for trenchless pipe laying, exploration and development of shallow targets, gas-hydrates, coal generated gas, and heavy oil has been developed and patented. A drilling rig consists of sloping frame with underdrive rotator and centralizer, drill pipes grips, and drill pipes racks. A conveyer with an adjustable drive is mounted on the sloping frame. Simultaneously, the drill pipes’ bailed grips, opened centralizers and upper drive swivel rotator are fixed to the conveyer’s pull side. Drill pipes’ racks are set at the upper part of the conveyer. The upper end of the drill stem is set in the pipeline well. A transport carrier with drill pipes grips is placed at the end of the drill pipes racks. The facility secures supplementary tractive effort and is used in round trips of the drill-pipe stand containing several drill pipes.
